Question 1

How do I book a tour or trip with Intours Egypt?

Accepted Answer

Booking online takes just a few minutes: choose your experience, pick a date, and enter your details. You receive instant confirmation by email and SMS with a mobile ticket - no printing needed. Prefer to talk it through first? Our team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to help you plan.

Question 2

Can I book now and pay later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On eligible tours you can choose Book Now, Pay Later: reserve your date and place today and pay on the day of the tour. This lets you lock in popular experiences during high season while keeping your budget flexible. Where pay later is not offered, secure payment is taken at checkout.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on arrival, all processed through secure, trusted third-party providers. Prices are shown in US Dollars ($) and Euros (EUR), including applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. For your security, please never send card details by message or email - always use our secure checkout.

Question 4

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

Accepted Answer

No. The price you see is the price you pay - we never add surprise charges or hidden costs. Any optional extras, such as special-access tickets or add-ons, are always shown clearly before you book, so there are no surprises.

Question 5

What currency will I be charged in?

Accepted Answer

Tour prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) and Euros (EUR), and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own exchange rate, which may include a small fee set by your bank. Tipping and small extras during a tour are usually paid in cash.

Question 6

Do you offer private tours, group bookings, and group discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many experiences can be arranged as private tours with your own guide and vehicle - ideal for families, couples, and travellers who prefer a flexible pace. Shared group tours keep prices lower and are a great way to meet other travellers. For groups of 10 or more we offer group discounts, so message us on WhatsApp for a tailored quote.

Question 7

Are your tours suitable for families and children?

Accepted Answer

Many of our tours are family-friendly, and children usually pay a reduced rate. On activities such as quad biking and camel rides, children generally ride with an adult, and boat trips and shows are suitable for all ages. Tell us your children's ages when booking and we will recommend the best options for your family.

Question 8

Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most tours include pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or resort in an air-conditioned vehicle. Your exact pick-up time is confirmed with your booking, and our driver meets you at reception. For airport transfers we monitor your flight, so delays are handled automatically with no extra charge.

Question 9

What is included in the tour price?

Accepted Answer

Inclusions vary by tour and are always listed on each tour page. Most tours include hotel transfers, a licensed local guide, and the main sightseeing, and many day trips include entrance fees. Any exclusions - such as optional tickets, meals, or gratuities - are shown clearly before you book, so you know exactly what to expect.

Question 10

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms vary by tour and selected rate. Check the cancellation policy shown on the tour page and for your selected booking option before payment. Some rates, including certain excursions with flights, are non-refundable. If you need help checking the conditions for your booking, contact us at info@intoursegypt.com.

Question 11

Can I change or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free date changes and modifications are available, subject to availability - just contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or through your booking confirmation. The earlier you let us know, the more options we can offer, especially during peak season.

Question 12

What happens if Intours Egypt cancels a tour?

Accepted Answer

If we have to cancel a tour - for example, due to unsafe weather or an operational issue - you will be offered a full refund or a comparable alternative experience. We will contact you as soon as possible using the phone number and email you provided at booking.

Question 13

Is Intours Egypt a licensed and insured tour company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Intours Egypt is a locally owned and operated company based in Luxor, licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism (Licence No. 2055) and fully insured. We work directly with local guides, drivers, and communities - no middlemen, no markups - so you get authentic experiences at fair prices.

Question 14

Is my personal data safe, and how is it used?

Accepted Answer

We collect only the information needed to operate your tour - your name, contact details, hotel, and number of guests. Your data is used solely to deliver your booking and is deleted after your trip. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Question 15

Do I need travel insurance or a visa to visit Egypt?

Accepted Answer

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. Most nationalities need a visa for Egypt, and many can obtain one on arrival or online through the official e-visa portal. Requirements vary by nationality, so please check with your local Egyptian embassy before you travel - we are happy to advise when you book.

Question 16

Can I customise a tour or itinerary?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Most experiences can be tailored to you, from private departures and flexible timings to full multi-day itineraries across Egypt. Tell us your dates, interests, and group size, and our team will design a custom itinerary and quote for you.

Question 17

What languages are your tours available in?

Accepted Answer

Our licensed guides speak English and a range of other languages, including German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Russian, subject to availability. Just mention your preferred language when booking and we will arrange the right guide for you.

Question 18

How do I contact Intours Egypt, and what support do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our team offers 24/7 support by WhatsApp and email at info@intoursegypt.com, before, during, and after your trip. You will find booking help, local guide numbers, and emergency contacts in your confirmation. We are always happy to help you plan the perfect Egyptian experience.
